HMS SUPERB

ROBERT P SCOTT.. My grandfather Robert P Scott (also known as 'Percy')  was on HMS Superb, certainly 1st Jan 1916, when he dived to sunken wreck of HMS Natal, which had blown up whilst at anchor off Invergordon (''with Lt. Cato and 'Patsy' Hand -  many bodies brought up'') We think he was on board at Jutland. He may have been injured by enemy action, but can find no record of Superb being in the action on 31st May 1916.  Robert Scott may have been Petty Officer or Chief Petty officer. Anecode suggests he at one time commanded a gun turret, and was sole survivor of a direct hit on it.  In July 1918 he won a 1.5 mile swim whilst with HMS Prince of Wales (we have the engraved stop watch awarded to him).   Any additional knowledge of HMS Superb's WW 1 record or that of my  grandfather would be appreciated.
