Von Roeder Class 6 destroyers, Diether von Roeder (Z17) Hans L?emann (Z18) Hermann K?ne (Z19)Karl Galster (Z20) Wilhelm Heidkamp (Z21) Anton Schmitt (Z22) all built at Bremen by Deschimag Last class of German destroyers laid down before World War Two Displacement: 2,400 tons Speed: 38 knots, Crew 315 Range: 4,850 miles at 19 knots, Armament: Five 5 -inch guns , Six 37mm AA in pairs, Twelve 20mm AA guns, Eight 21 inch Torpedo Tubes. When fitted as a minelayer they carried 60 mine.. |
