John H Fetzer Jr Died : 3 / 2 / 2015

1st Lieutenant John H Fetzer Jr (deceased) The pilot of P-47 The Madam, he served with the 365th from August 1943 until the end of the war. Flying missions on D-Day he took off in the darkness of the early hours, destroying a number of armoured vehicles including a Tiger tank. He died on 3rd February 2015.
