| Placed in reserve on completion and remained so until 1970, when she was converted to a Sonar Trials ship at Portsmouth. She recommissioned in 1973 and operated as a Sonar Trials ship for the Admiralty Underwater Weapons Establishment at Portland, Dorset until being taken out of service in 1978. |
