Deck Letter B. Completed in November 1954 Harland and Wolff Belfast, she served in the Royal Navy from 1948 until 1981. Originally built as a light fleet carrier, she was converted to a commando carrier in 1960. HMS Bulwark had an amazing record in action and in peace time exercises.

16th September 1957 - Sailed the Clyde for N.A.T.O. Exercise
14th May 1958 - At Trincomalee for Commencement of Exercise "Jet 58"
5th July 1958 - At Trincomalee for Completion of Exarcise "Jet 58"
10th September 1958 - At Aden
14th September 1958 - Assisted in salvaging to tankers in the Gulf of Oman
11th December 1959 - Refit. Conversion to Commando Carrier
2nd July 1961 - Off Kuwait
16th September 1966 - Arrived Singapore
15th November 1966 - Sailed Brisbane
21st December 1966 - Arrived Hong Kong
3rd October 1969 - At Gibraltar during tension with Spain
1981 - Scrapped
