Vizcaya.
Based on the British Orlando Class. When the USA
sent the battleship USS Maine to Havana on a
courtesy visit, the Spanish government sent the Vizcaya to New York.
However, when the Vizcaya arrived in New York, the USS Maine had already
exploded in Havana, and the increasing tension between Spain and the USA
meant the Vizcaya returned to Havana.
