MESSAGES
HMS BRANLEBAS: My father was
lost on this ship on Dec.14th 1940
when she foundered 25 miles SSE of Eddystone light. We were told their
were no
survivers, but the war graves sites says there was about 100 rescued. Has
anyone
got any more information about this Pomone class destroyer that came to
Portsmouth in June 1940. Thanks

I am looking for information on her loss and also wanting to know if there
were survivors and if so if any are still alive or who's families may have

MISTRAL
My father served on HMS Mistral, a seized French destroyer of the
Simoun Class during the last war. I cannot find any information about this
ship. Can anyone help?
